Our new home!

Our home, the Cascade 2441, is from Quadrant Homes.  One of the things with Quadrant is choosing a GOB of options.  We are getting Frost-toned doors and trim and all door handles, etc will be satin-nickel finish.  We'll be replacing most of the light fixtures ourselves.  I'll list some of the add-ons below - we did a Home Depot registry (under Reasoner/Washington) but it's not complete.  The Home Depot site doesn't have the Hampton Bay Dimensions lights we'll be using.  Here are some of the choices Quadrant will be putting in:

Some of the features we couldn't quite afford:
-Pergo floors (do ourselves in 3-4 years)
-Finished backyard/fence (do ourselves)
-Air conditioner (we're using ceiling fans instead)
-Emergency generator switch (may add later)
-Stone wainscoting on exterior (would've been cute)

ADD-ONS/Modifications
-First a backyard - about 25 yards of topsoil, seed and a cedar fence
-Second, a garage door opener - probably a Sears belt drive with wireless panel PURCHASED!
-a microwave - would like an over the stove one PURCHASED!
-a workbench in the garage
-an under counter CD/AM/FM  stereo for the kitchen PURCHASED!
-drawer/cabinet handles for the kitchen (satin nickel) PURCHASED!
-three ceiling fans - satin nickel with lights.  Either Casablanca or Home Depot. 2 PURCHASED!
-kids shower head with detachable cord PURCHASED!
-lighting fixtures - Dimensions lights in the kitchen and living, Hampton Bay Flair for the nook and satin nickel fixtures in the bedrooms/halls PURCHASED!
-a back deck - preferably with Trex
-a new grill attached to the house gas system (our grill BITES) PURCHASED!
-various desks/shelves/etc throughout the house
-Window coverings - some roman-style shades, some honeycomb blinds, some other undefined stuff PURCHASED!
-accent wall paintings and stencil work
